Terms of use

Last updated September 26, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Orkestra Studios for using Count.do. By using Count.do you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The service

Count.do lets you make countdowns to moments that matter to you and share them by link. It is free and in beta: features may change, pause or end, and mistakes can happen. We will try to warn you before we remove something you rely on.

Your account

You can use Count.do without an account; your countdowns then stay in your browser. To keep them across devices, you sign in with a code we email you. You must be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your inbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Your countdowns

What you write stays yours. You let us store it and show it to you, and to anyone you share its link with, only to run Count.do. A countdown shared with "Anyone with the link" can be seen by whoever has the link, and they can pass it on. Do not put secrets or other people's personal data in a countdown.

Fair use

Do not use Count.do to break the law, to harass or mislead people, or to share content you have no right to share. Do not try to get around our limits, read data that is not yours, or overload the service.

Our part

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why when we can. You can stop using Count.do at any time and ask us to delete your account.

No warranty

Count.do is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available, accurate or on time. Do not rely on it where a missed moment could cause harm.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Orkestra Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Count.do. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, say so on Count.do before they apply. Using Count.do after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live still apply.
